Custom diagnostic reports at the turbine level or fleet level ensure your team is provided with the exact information they need, when they need it most. All turbine faults and maintenance activities are logged in WebLog, creating a complete maintenance record for each turbine. With each diagnostic report, customers are provided with an expert analytical summary of our diagnostic findings, as well as the recommended maintenance actions and all relevant supporting CMS data.

Powerful Ticket System

Bachmann’s incident triggered ticket system ensures no fault goes unseen by your team. Alarms triggered by machine faults or increased vibration levels, are sent to maintenance teams via a ticket system. This system tracks all communications related to outstanding alarms or required maintenance actions. Customers can easily reference previously submitted tickets and relevant communications between analysts and
maintenance teams, to track the progress of each required maintenance action.
