With the release of atvise® 3.13 we introduce new features, security enhancements, and library updates that further increase practical benefits for users and developers.
Key new features at a glance:
Connectivity with atvise® connect X 1.0
atvise® 3.13 prepares for the integration of the upcoming multi-protocol connectivity solution atvise® connect X, which will enable data exchange with devices from a wide range of manufacturers. (Release in the second quarter of 2026).
Enhanced Linear Conversion Function
The existing linear conversion function has been revised to support additional data types when writing values to the controller.
Support for Additional Data Types in Arrays
Arrays of the types Boolean, SByte, Byte, Int16, UInt16, Int64, and UInt64 can now be written to the controller. This enhancement increases data processing flexibility.
Updated Libraries
Key components such as the OPC UA stack and Highcharts have been updated to further optimize stability, security, and performance.
Security Enhancements
Security mechanisms have been strengthened: The risk of injecting unwanted code into tables via scripting is minimized, and access control has been expanded—authorization checks at the node level are now implemented more consistently in scripting.

atvise® 3.13 is available for all product variants and operating system platforms. We recommend updating your existing projects and using the latest version for new applications to benefit from the enhanced functionalities and increased security.
