Bachmann electronic GmbH, world-renowned manufacturer of integrated automation solutions, presents the latest developments for industry and mechanical engineering at SPS Nuremberg, November 23 to 25, 2021. This year, alongside classic automation, the focus for Bachmann is PROFIsafe, Visualization and Condition Monitoring.

PROFIsafe: More than State-of-the-Art

Safe digital inputs and outputs and safe integration of incremental encoders and analog signals were already an established part of Bachmann’s offering. And now with PROFIsafe integration, our portfolio has been decisively expanded. The technology, which goes beyond the current state of the art, allows the integration of a fully-functional F-Host into standard Bachmann CPUs as a pure software solution and opens up a huge range of PROFIsafe-capable I/O modules. For example, PROFIsafe-capable drives, laser scanners, light grids, absolute encoders or vibration sensors can now all be integrated into Bachmann safety applications.

Machine and Plant Visualization: Optimally Coordinated Complete Solutions with atvise® Bundles

In combination with Bachmann operating devices, atvise® provides a complete solution for machine and plant visualization. Modern panel PCs are optimized for industrial use and offer a wide range of performance classes and display sizes. Industrial touch panels enable on-site operation and simultaneously function as a fully-fledged HMI or SCADA server, which can also be accessed remotely via a web browser. The open design ensures that atvise® bundles can be integrated into any configuration, regardless of manufacturer.
