The Smart Power Plant Controller delivers renewable energy safely and reliably to the grid. It guarantees continuous grid stability and can be used worldwide in power plants with up to 100 power generation units (PGs).

Certified according to VDE-AR-N 4110/4120, the Smart Power Plant Controller is compatible with both homogeneous and heterogeneous PG systems. The integrated user/rights management system, together with the M1 controller's multilayer security architecture, ensures comprehensive protection against cyber-attacks.

The latest VDE Technical Connection Rules (TCR) apply to all PGs with a feed-in power of more than 135 kW. The certified controller from Bachmann electronics meets all requirements, such as the complete historization of all active power setpoints. In addition, the Smart Power Plant Controller offers the greatest possible flexibility and security for the operator with regard to the definition and management of access rights. The controller is designed for wind, photovoltaic, CHP, biogas and hydropower plants as well as battery storage systems. An integrated MATLAB®/Simulink® simulation model and a web visualization system allow for user-friendly installation, operation and configuration.
