The PPC1200 Premium series panel PCs establish a new benchmark in industrial visualization. Equipped with powerful quad-core processors and a comprehensive range of integrated interfaces, they provide the ideal platform for medium to highly complex web visualizations. The brilliant displays impress with exceptional brightness, intense color reproduction, and extremely wide viewing angles. The modern widescreen displays, available in sizes 10.1″, 12.1″, 15.6″, 18.5″, 21.5″ and 23.8″, deliver high resolutions and achieve an impressive service life of more than 50 000 operating hours.

Operation is performed using a projected capacitive multitouch (PCAP) interface as standard, supporting modern interaction gestures such as pinch-to-zoom, swiping, and two-hand operation. The high-quality front made of hardened glass not only provides an elegant appearance but is also especially easy to maintain. The consistent use of industrial components ensures long service life and maximum availability. Soldered RAM and eMMC storage, combined with the absence of moving parts, ensure maximum robustness against shock and vibration. The wide operating temperature range from –20 °C to +60 °C allows reliable use even in demanding environmental conditions; selected models are also available on request for temperatures up to +70 °C.

Thanks to the integrated mounting spring, even large display diagonals can be installed easily and conveniently by a single person. Starting at 12.1″, users benefit from an integrated strain relief that ensures secure, long-lasting cable fastening directly within the device.

The pre-installed browser is optimized for industrial applications. The integrated on-screen keyboard simplifies data entry while reducing application development effort. Automatic updates are intentionally disabled, ensuring that only approved, stable software is used in the field, thereby preventing unplanned standstills.

The Linux system (based on Debian) provides an intuitive, web-based configuration interface. Configuration settings can be changed directly on the device or remote via browser. The system software includes further useful services such as SSH, NTP, VNC as well as a web API for secure hardware access. This allows, for example, reading data from RFID readers, direct control of LEDs and display brightness from within web applications.

The system software can be adapted individually to customer requirements and is delivered preconfigured from the factory for efficient commissioning.
